LaPorte Hosts Nonprofit Panel Webcast Series

Nonprofits in time of COVID-19

Lessons in Resilience: Nonprofit Leaders Learn to Survive-and Thrive-in a Pandemic

In the fall of 2020, the LaPorte Nonprofit Industry Group surveyed a representative group of our clients which included regional nonprofit leaders. The intent of the survey was to gain an understanding of how their particular organizations were affected by COVID-19 and what lessons or best practices helped them respond to the challenges.

We invite you to join us as eight nonprofit leaders gather to share inspirational stories of their specific challenges and the steps they took to not only keep moving forward, but also to achieve unanticipated success, including how to:

  • Access and use available relief funds, adapt fundraisers, manage shifting budgets
  • Leverage board member involvement, adapt to remote work, maintain community awareness
  • Deliver on your mission, benefit from strategic partnerships and a reputation built on trust

Dawn Laborie, CPA, Director, Audit and Assurance Services and Jack Wiles, CPA, Senior Manager, Tax Services co-lead the LaPorte Nonprofit Industry practice and will host our speakers as they share stories from their diverse organizational perspectives. The two-part series will be presented live via webcast, and participants can join one or both sessions. Please note that a separate registration is required for each event. Please see individual registration buttons below the event information.
