As a leader in the LaPorte Baton Rouge office, Tommy has nearly 20 years of experience providing tax planning and compliance services to corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and individuals. He serves clients across a broad range of industries and enjoys helping them navigate the many stages of their business lifecycles including advising on entity selection, C corporation to S corporation conversions, and changes in ownership.

Tommy has a strong focus in helping privately held businesses with accounting method changes and has become the firm’s primary resource in this area. He leverages his experience in tax compliance to look for areas where a method change may be needed whether it’s due to a change in applicable standards or entity structure or it provides a more robust tax solution for the client.
