DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
ABOUT NIKKI
In her role as COO, Nikki will oversee day to day operations and reports directly to the CEO. She will focus on operational excellence, resource management, and cross functional collaboration to support the firm’s mission and vision. Prior to joining LaPorte in 2023, she served as COO of a commercial and residential design and build landscaping company. She also served as Vice President of Human Resources for a variety of organizations throughout her career. At LaPorte, Nikki serves on the Technology and Executive Committees.
