ABOUT MO
Mo has experience with financial statement audits in public and privately held companies across a broad range of industries including: energy, real estate, software companies, to name a few. His experience also includes consultation and preparation of GAAP and IFRS financial statements, and internal controls over operations. A native of Jordan, Mo came to the US over 20 years ago and moved to Texas in 2012.
ENERGY
Mo has deep experience in energy and energy-related companies, and he currently serves as co-leader of LaPorte’s Energy Industry Group. Mo brings extensive audit experience in the energy sector, having worked with a wide range of energy and energy-related companies. His background includes auditing entities involved in exploration and production, oilfield services including manufacturing, and energy trading. This work has given him a strong understanding of the industry’s complex financial reporting requirements, internal controls, and regulatory environment. His deep industry knowledge allows him to deliver audits that are both efficient and insightful, tailored to the unique risks and operations of energy companies.
