ABOUT MATTHEW
Larissa provides tax compliance and planning services to a broad range of clients. With a focus on partnerships, she assists her clients with complex income allocations, basis calculations, 704(b) capital accounts, and partnership-specific elections. In addition, Larissa has experience preparing tax returns for multistate clients and assisting with complex sales transactions. She began her professional career with LaPorte in 2013.
CONSTRUCTION
A member of the LaPorte Construction Industry Group, Larissa provides traditional tax compliance and tax planning services to construction clients. She also assists her clients with lookback calculations, multistate tax consulting, and construction-specific accounting method changes.
FINANCIAL SERVICES
As a member of the LaPorte Financial Services Industry Group, Larissa has years of experience working with community banks. She provides a variety of services to her clients, including tax planning and preparation, tax accruals, and assistance with issues such as accounting method changes.
