ABOUT LYNELL
Lynell has over three decades of experience in public accounting. She provides Federal and State tax compliance, planning and consulting services for corporations, partnerships, and S corporations in the mid-market, closely held as well as Private Equity Group sectors. Lynell has assisted clients navigate through complex sales transactions as well as multistate activities. She also assists the principal owners with personal, trusts and gift and estate tax matters. Her clients represent a variety of industries including manufacturing, oilfield services, real estate, and professional services. Her clients appreciate the importance she places on attentive service and availability given to them on their engagements.
ENERGY
Lynell has assisted her clients, both privately held as well as private equity group backed, with business combinations, structural tax planning, due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions and winding down distribution calculations in addition to the federal and multi-state required annual tax compliance services.
MANUFACTURING
Lynell has experience developing and implementing tax planning strategies to optimize tax credits and incentives available to manufacturing companies. She also provides guidance on state and local tax implications, including nexus issues and multi-state tax planning, and keeps clients abreast of legislative and regulatory changes that impact the manufacturing sector.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Lynell has experience advising on tax compliance, planning and consulting services for professional services groups including physician and law practices and advertising agencies. She has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as structuring.
