Candace Eldridge, PHR, SHRM-CP

Candace has over 20 years of Human Resources Management experience and achievement in developing and executing HR strategies, building teams, and leading others through change for large employee groups in multi-site environments. She has been recognized for her ability to effectively analyze the performance of large-scale programs and processes as well as implementing practices to increase results and enhance efficiencies. Candace manages the HR function for LaPorte and handles employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, benefits, and our 360-feedback process. She partners with senior leadership across the organization to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Candace also facilitates the Impact Business Leadership Coach Program as well as the DiSC Program for team members of LaPorte.
