ABOUT ALLISON
Allison began her professional career in 2004 at a Big Four firm and joined LaPorte in 2015. Since then, she has served a variety of industries, including construction, employee benefit plans, and energy, among others. In addition to Allison’s audit and assurance work, she has assisted clients with internal accounting issues. Allison is also active on behalf of the LaPorte Nicholls State University Recruitment Team, meeting with students and representing the audit practice on panel presentations.
CONSTRUCTION
A member of the Construction Industry Group, Allison largely focuses on serving clients in the oilfield-related construction, project management, and pipeline maintenance areas. She also serves include oilfield-focused survey clients and design and engineering clients.
EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS
A member of the LaPorte Employee Benefit Plan Services Group, Allison has an extensive background in benefit plan auditing. Her experience includes performing audits and reviews for middle market privately held companies in a wide array of industries in the Houma and Greater New Orleans areas along with providing audit services for employee benefit plan clients, including first-year audits.
ENERGY
Allison has years of experience serving the energy industry, performing audits and reviews and assisting clients with internal accounting matters. She has focused largely on serving oil and gas support companies as well as those operating in both the offshore and inland waterway marine industries. She is a member of the LaPorte Energy Industry Group.
