ABOUT STACEY
Stacey has served a variety of industries including, among others, energy (oil and gas), financial institutions, broker-dealers, and employee benefit plans. She began her professional career in 2005.
EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS
Stacey’s services to her employee benefit plan clients include managing and reporting for 401(k) employee benefit plan audits, assessing and providing recommendations for improving plan operations, and assisting in the preparation of plan financial statements. She is a member of the LaPorte Employee Benefit Plan Industry Group.
ENERGY
Stacey has years of experience serving oil and gas and oilfield service companies. A member of the LaPorte Energy Industry Group, her clients include SEC registrants and privately owned entities. Stacey provides accounting and auditing services, complex accounting calculations such as DD&A accounting, and quarterly SEC reviews.
FINANCIAL SERVICES
A member of the LaPorte Financial Services Industry Group, Stacey has served community-based financial institutions since she joined LaPorte. Stacey has experience with broker-dealers and SEC-registered entities. She has prepared initial public offerings and provided quarterly SEC reviews for her clients. Stacey’s other services include performing loan exams and managing all aspects of assurance engagements, from planning to review and wrap-up.
