ABOUT LEE
Lee focuses primarily on providing tax compliance, tax planning, and consulting services to a broad range of small businesses such as farmers, retail and wholesale trade organizations, manufacturers, restaurants, oilfield services, and professional services. He provides similar tax services to individual business owners and other high-net-worth individuals.
Lee has assisted clients with tax-related matters regarding the sale of businesses and business assets. He has also represented clients before the Louisiana Board of Tax Appeals and has overseen IRS audits and Louisiana Department of Revenue audits.
Lee started his career in 1994 with a local CPA firm. He joined LaPorte in 2022.
ENERGY
Lee provides tax services such as consulting on purchasing and selling entities, tax planning, and tax compliance to a variety of clients. These clients include energy-related companies such as oilfield rental tool suppliers, services, and manufacturers. He also supplies tax services to individuals associated with the energy industry.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Lee provides tax compliance, tax planning, and consulting services to law firms and medical entities. He also assists individual attorneys and doctors with tax-related services. Lee is a member of LaPorte’s Professional Services Industry Group.
