COVID-19 Emergency Funds

Due to the major disaster declaration recently issued for the state of Louisiana, FEMA funds administered by GOHSEP may reimburse certain expenditures of local governments responding to COVID-19. The declaration DR-4484 is a 75% Federal cost share which will cover Category B (“emergency protective measures necessary to protect against immediate threats to life, public health and safety”) expenditures for the period January 20, 2020 and ongoing. A list of specific eligible activities and documentation requirements can be found here.
