CityBusiness, metro-New Orleans bi-monthly business publication, has selected LaPorte CPAs & Business Advisors as one of the 2015 “Best Places to Work” for the ninth year in a row. LaPorte is the only accounting firm to make the list this year.
LaPorte is one of 35 large companies awarded the “Best Places to Work” designation, based on a two-part nomination process. To be considered, companies must submit extensive company information disclosing workforce data such as salaries, benefits, retention levels, and employee advancement. The second part of the nomination process involves a third-party confidential survey of company employees to measure workplace culture.
