CityBusiness, a metro–New Orleans bi-monthly business publication, has selected LaPorte CPAs & Business Advisors as one of the 2014 ‘Best Places to Work’ for the eighth year in a row.
LaPorte is one of 35 large firms awarded the ‘Best Places to Work’ designation, based on a two-part nomination process. To be considered, companies must submit extensive company information disclosing workforce data such as salaries, benefits, retention levels and employee advancement. The second part of the nomination process involves a third-party confidential survey of company employees to measure workplace culture.
