New Orleans CityBusiness, a bi-monthly business publication, has named LaPorte CPAs & Business Advisors to the list of ‘Best Places to Work’ for the twelfth time.
LaPorte is one of 35 large companies awarded the ‘Best Places to Work’ designation, based on a two-part nomination process. To be considered, companies must submit extensive company information disclosing workforce data such as salaries, benefits, retention levels and employee advancement. The second part of the nomination process involves a third-party confidential survey of company employees to measure workplace culture.
