Named One of Top 15 Accounting Firms in Southwest

 (New Orleans, LA) LaPorte Sehrt Romig Hand (LSRH) CPAs has been named one of the top 15 regional accounting firms in the southwest—based on the firm’s 2007FY revenue growth—in the 15th annual survey conducted by the accounting industry publication, Practical Accountant. The publication also named LSRH as one of four ‘Regional Firms to Watch.’
“In terms of overall growth rate, LaPorte Sehrt Romig Hand ranked first in Louisiana and third in the region behind two Texas firms,” states Ted Mason, President and CEO of the 61-year-old Louisiana firm with offices in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and on the Northshore. Mason attributes the firm’s 25% annual growth to an increase in LSRH’s healthcare, construction, financial institutions, nonprofit and litigation support practices.
 The Practical Accountant ratings are based on net revenue information obtained by sister publication Accounting Today for its ‘Top 100 Survey,’ published in the April issue of Practical Accountant. For survey purposes, the southwest region includes accounting firms in the states of Louisiana, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
LaPorte Sehrt Romig Hand CPAs is one of the largest accounting, tax, and business consulting firm in Louisiana.
